McIntosh County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or pull an official booking record. Contact the responsible agency directly for a current answer or a record request.

Looking for a McIntosh Record?

Use the office that owns the question. The county’s locally published jail number is the first contact for current custody. A written MCSO request is the route for an existing booking sheet or intake photograph. Confirm addresses and counter hours before visiting because no sheriff records-lobby schedule was published.

McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office and Jail
Jail and non-emergency: 912-437-6623
Sheriff’s Office number published by Darien: 912-437-5870
Emergency: 911
Street address and records-counter hours: confirm with the custodian.

The state directory lists 912-537-6622 for the jail, while local county and Darien sources publish 912-437-6623. Treat that as a directory discrepancy and verify the local number before relying on it.

Choose the destination below:

  • For a current jail question, call the McIntosh jail and non-emergency line. For a booking sheet or photo, use the MCSO Open Records form.
  • For a later filing or disposition, use Georgia Courts e-access and select McIntosh State or Superior Court, then contact the clerk if needed.
  • For a Darien arrest, contact MCSO because the sheriff’s Darien Division provides current city law enforcement and books arrestees at the county jail.
  • For a state-sentenced person, use the Georgia Department of Corrections offender search. It is not a recent county-arrest feed.
  • For federal prison custody, use the BOP locator. For civil immigration detention, use the ICE locator.
  • For a warrant question, follow the Sheriff’s Office contact path described on Most Wanted. Do not approach a person or rely on an unofficial list.

Records Request Details

The county says a request sent to another employee or officer does not officially count until it reaches the County Attorney through the county portal. Give the full name, date range, arresting agency, case or booking number, and exact record type. Ask for existing electronic records. The county’s published rules provide the first 15 minutes of staff time free, standard pages at $0.10, approval above $25, and possible prepayment above $500.

For court records, the McIntosh clerk directory lists 310 North Way, P.O. Box 1661, Darien, GA 31305, phone 912-437-6641, fax 912-437-6673, and Monday through Friday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The City of Darien lists City Hall Annex at 702 North Way, Darien, GA 31305, phone 912-437-6686, and city hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. City-held administrative records use the city form, while current jail records start with MCSO.

State, Federal, and Alert Contacts

GDC lists 404-656-4661 for general offender questions and directs written verification to Inmate Records and Information, P.O. Box 1529, Forsyth, GA 31029. GDC Legal Services lists 478-992-5240 for its records process. The Georgia Victim Information Program lists 1-800-593-9474 as a 24-hour automated service. ICE lists 1-888-351-4024 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern for its Detention Reporting and Information Line.

These systems cover different custody stages. A GDC profile is a later state-corrections record. BOP covers federal prison. ICE covers civil immigration detention. VINE supplies custody notifications where a record participates. None replaces the McIntosh jail line or the county booking-record request.
